A1 graded devices are classified as being the closest to new that a used device can be. These devices have no blemishes, cracks, or damage. At first glance, they appear new. We allow for a single, small scratch to be visible on the front or the back glass. These devices are cleaned; there is no dirt or debris in the charging ports or speaker mesh and no residue on the housing. These devices are completely functional and have no internal issues.

B1 graded devices are classified as being “lightly used”. They will have no cracks or damages to the glass or on the housing. Class B devices can have several scratches or other imperfections; however, the scratches cannot be long or deep. These devices are cleaned but might contain some debris in the charging port or speaker mesh. These devices are completely functional and have no internal issues.

C1 graded devices are classified as “heavily used”. These devices may have multiple deep scratches and contain blemishes to the glass and / or housing. While these devices are cleaned, there might be debris located the charging port or speaker mesh. Class C devices do not have a cracked screen and are completely functional.

D graded devices may have all the above issues but have heavy scratching to the screen. We offer our largest discounts on these devices. While they have cosmetic damage, D graded devices are fully functional.

NFD or Non-Functional Device is the classification that we give to devices that have an internal issue. Common issues are the ear speaker, microphone, or camera.
